What we collect

When you request a quote, the booking form collects the details you enter — your name, contact details, property address and the service you need — so we can quote and arrange your clean. Quote requests and bookings are handled through the Assistora booking platform.

Advertising and measurement

We advertise on Google. To understand which ads lead to quote requests, this site uses Google's advertising tag (Google Ads conversion tracking), which sets cookies in your browser and sends Google a record that a quote request was completed, along with standard technical information such as your approximate location, device and the ad you clicked. We use this for measurement and to improve how our ads are targeted. We do not send Google your name, phone number, email or address.

You can read how Google uses this data at business.safety.google/privacy, and manage your own ad settings at myadcenter.google.com. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time — the site still works normally without them.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Canada are not measured at all: advertising cookies and reporting are switched off for those visits.

Who we share details with

Your booking details are shared with the cleaner assigned to your job and with the Assistora platform that manages the booking, messaging and payment process. We do not sell your personal information.
